Documents Required for Compensation
Affidavit of Declaration, Price Quotation Form, and Declaration of Subsisting Marriages
Individuals who have been unjustly detained and released without being charged may be eligible for compensation. To qualify, the following documents must be submitted:
- Original or certified true copies of the Affidavit of Declaration
- Price Quotation Form for prospective suppliers (ANNEX A)
- Declaration of Subsisting Marriages
A verified declaration must also be attached to the petition for review.
These documents provide evidence of the unjust detention and release, as well as the financial losses incurred during the detention.
